If you buy into TV and think it's real you wonder: Why not you?
If you really think that you "own" something you say: They have more! It's not fair!
(I remember going out to the Hamptons and stopping at a beautiful vineyard. Kneeling down and grabbing a clump of dirt it suddenly occurred to me, if I got a job here and walked the grounds, tilled this soil, etc., it would be mine, regardless of who held the deed.)"
If you believe how it all work syou say: I must not be worthy :(
(at least what they taught you about how it works in school)
Yet, If you just live it you say: What a wonderful, strange, beautiful trip I'm on!
The world is a lie and that's okay, just don't buy into the bullshit.
Oh... and don't forget to love. Really.

You Are/You Are Not the World: A Buddhist Clarification
| Are you a True Buddha? Of course you are |
He, the first origin of this creation,Whether he formed it all or did not form it,
Whose eye controls this world in highest heaven,
Only he knows its origins, or perhaps even he knows not.
-Hymn of the Rig Veda

Dogma Is for the Dogs
When we choose to join a spiritual community, we also make the choice to allow our personal journey to now go at the rate of that group. We do this so we can have a sense of belonging. Often at the expense of our own journey.
Groups must use shared rules and behaviors in order to have a sense of community. Being an individual means following your own path. Individuality done right it will often go against the dogma of the community.
Personal growth is exactly that: personal. To forego the enforced dogma of the group and embrace your inner journey is the Bodhisatva way. The way of the warrior.
Namaste.

All the World's a Stage
"All the world's a stage and all the men and women merely players" -Shakespeare As You Like It Act II scene VII
It's called Leela and it has all the joys, dramas, triumphs, failures and love you could ever possibly hope for. The entire universe was created specifically for you to play in. In fact, you created it. So go play!

When Wanting Becomes a Bad Habit
Our Desires shape our world. But when "wanting" becomes a habit unto itself, our desires have a way of taking over our life instead of guiding it.
Wanting is just an expression of our yearning for perfection.

Don't Deny You Are a Being of Desires
Don't deny you are a being of desires just because your desires haven't worked out. Just take a closer look at what you were choosing to desire in the first place. Or rather- the reasons you were desiring them.
Don't get caught up in all that pseudo Buddha bullshit. The True Buddha really and truly only comes from going within and being present. And doing so unflinchingly. All the rest is a bunch of Deepak crapola that can wind up making your disappointments worse, or have you convincing yourself you are be above your own desires, which can be psychologically dangerous.
Desire itself is God moving through you.
